I pride myself on assisting clients with kindness, compassion, skill and honesty. I know that my particular areas of practice can sometimes require tough conversations – and because of that, my goal is to make sure that they feel informed and cared for along the way.

• When it comes to a Texas divorce, I want to walk my clients through this difficult transition as their legal counselor with compassion, without judgment and without undue stress.

• When it’s time to create or update estate planning, I want to help my clients rest easy knowing their families will be taken care of no matter what.

• When debt problems lead to bankruptcy, I guide my clients to a fresh start without judgment.

• If you are tasked with probate duties in Texas, I want to make the process as simple, easy and efficient as possible. Though death is never easy, I hope to relieve some weight off of their shoulders, so they can focus on caring for their families.

My work as an attorney is always grounded in the value of family. Having moved from Minnesota to Austin, Texas, in 2010, with my own family, I have been happy to be a part of the Texas community ever since. When my children were young, I enjoyed volunteering at Concordia High School in Round Rock, was the proud “Team Mom” for the varsity soccer team and, in my favorite role of all, was the head dance director for the school’s performance team as well as the competition team. These days, I enjoy visiting my children at their respective college campuses. I continue to pride myself as their “Team Mom.” In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children.

• Graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting
• Earned a law degree from Hamline University School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota
• Clerked for the Ramsey County attorney’s office in the adult felony division during law school
• Clerked for the Honorable Gerald J. Wolf, District Court judge (now retired) in Rice County, Minnesota
• Joined the Braden Law Office as an attorney in 2004, focusing on family law and probate matters
• Formed Ibeling Hafemeyer, Ltd., in Faribault, Minnesota (2007) and practiced bankruptcy, family law, estate planning and probate
• Became a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of Practice in order to serve as a mediator in family law cases
• Became licensed to practice law in the state of Texas in 2017
• Formed Ibeling Law Limited in 2018, with a focus on estate planning, probate and bankruptcy
• Member of the State Bar of Texas
• Member of the Williamson County Bar Association
• Member of Texas Legal
